Return and Refund Policy - Everyday For Good
Thank you for shopping at Everyday For Good! We appreciate your support for the Legion of Good Will (LGW). Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.1 Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
•Perishable goods
•Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
•Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
•Gift cards
•Downloadable software products
•Some health and personal care items

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2.1 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fashionwomen.com and send your item to our return address.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact our Customer Care team at info@fashionwomen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
3.Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4.Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5.Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.
