Shipping Policy - Everyday For Good

Thank you for shopping at Everyday For Good! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience while supporting the Legion of Good Will (LGW). This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD.
Free Returns: All orders over $150.00 USD also qualify for free returns.
Please note that the 30-day delivery timeframe is a standard estimate. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

3. Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days for international orders.
International Shipping: We are currently expanding our international shipping options. Please contact our Customer Care team for information about shipping to your country.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe (30 days), please contact us at info@fashionwomen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you require shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure you select a shipping method that accommodates this, or contact our Customer Care team for assistance before placing your order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Everyday For Good is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, reach out to our Customer Care team.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Everyday For Good is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
